All prices are listed in CAD and are subject to change without notice. Payment is required in full before orders are processed and shipped.

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Processing times may be longer during holidays, sales, or other busy periods.

Shipping

Delivery times provided on this website are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. Once an order has been shipped, I am not responsible for delays caused by postal carriers, customs processing, weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond my control.

Free standard shipping does not include tracking.

Refunds & Returns

Due to the nature of my products, I do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact me within 7 days of delivery and I will do my best to resolve the issue.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. I am not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
